@Thomas Dvorak I understand your point. However, I’m a developer myself, so from my experience it’s not always true that software requires a large initial financial investment. Also, good and valuable content doesn’t necessarily take a long time to reach the right audience. Some projects also don’t need a team, since I can build certain things on my own as a programmer. I think it can be a great model if you want to try it. The level of interest in fitness/gym apps is quite high, and in the end it’s completely up to you whether you want to explore it or not.

@Thomas Dvorak I started my blog in psychology with $0, and it’s still up and running today. You’re right that some developers ask for high prices, but there are also people who can work within your budget—like me. I usually work within my clients’ limits.

@Rositsa Aleksandrova I’m a developer, and I can build it for you at a lower price than what they offered, with high quality. I’ve developed apps for both Android and iOS. As for maintenance and support, it would be much cheaper than what they asked. I don’t know what your idea is yet, but if it’s something useful and it helps people, I’d definitely be happy to help build it.
