Need Profile Review Struggling to Get Freelance Clients – Looking for Guidance
Assalam-o-Alaikum, I’m Maham, a Computer Systems Engineer, working as a WordPress Web Developer and Presentation Designer. I also enjoy graphic design and creating presentations. I’d greatly appreciate it if you could review my profile and share your feedback on any areas where you see improvements needed. I’ve been trying to grow my freelancing career alongside my current work, but despite actively bidding and offering my services on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr, I haven’t been able to secure consistent clients yet. I’ve tried graphic design, content writing, and presentation design, but I’m still struggling to get orders. Upwork profile: https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~015645a9d6b4ae42a9 Fiverr Profile: https://www.fiverr.com/s/pdYW2jE Behance Portfolio: https://www.behance.net/mahamkhancs I’m looking for guidance on: Ā· How to improve my bidding and proposals to attract clients Ā· Strategies to make my profile more appealing Ā· Tips for finding high-quality clients or joining digital agencies for regular work I’m passionate about freelancing and eager to learn. Any advice, tips, or guidance from the community would mean a lot to me. Thank you in advance!

First tip is your profile picture kinda looks low quality and blurry Second tip talk Less about yourself and more about the results you provide your clients gives a little workflow details that how you going to provide them the results in your description Third tip: I can't see the showreel in your profile that's the one of the important thing to have in your profile to build trust and transparency and you don't believe that's having a showreel puts a much bigger impacts on clients than the portfolio or your degree or certification so please create one And I hope you are going to gets a lot of clients after that if you are outreaching smartly
šŸš€ How to Automate Some Parts Of Video Editing (and Still Keep High Quality)
āœ… 1. Automate Repetitive Editing Tasks With Presets Most editors waste time doing the same things in every project: - Color grading - Audio cleanup - Titles/lower thirds - Transitions - Export settings šŸ”§ Solution Create presets (templates) so you can apply them in one click. Tools: - Adobe Premiere Pro: Presets for color (Lumetri), audio, sequences, captions - DaVinci Resolve: PowerGrades, Fusion templates - Final Cut Pro: Effects presets, titles presets Result: Instead of doing 10–15 clicks per clip, you do 1 click. āœ… 2. Auto-Cut Silences & Bad Takes Manually trimming pauses takes the most time. šŸ”§ Solution Use auto-silence cutting + ā€œdetect dead air.ā€ Tools: - Descript → Auto-remove silence + filler words - Premiere Pro Speech-to-Text + Auto Split - DaVinci Resolve Neural Engine (Detect Moments) Result: Cuts your timeline cleanup time by 70%. āœ… 3. Auto-Captions & Subtitles (with high accuracy) Don’t write captions manually. Tools: - Premiere Pro Speech-to-Text - CapCut Auto-captions - Descript Captions - DaVinci Resolve Transcription Result: Saves 1–2 hours per video and improves accuracy by 95%. āœ… 4. Auto-Enhance Audio Instead of manually EQ, noise reduce, and compress… Tools: - Adobe ā€œEnhance Speechā€ - DaVinci Resolve ā€œDialogue Levelerā€ - Audition presets - Krisp (real-time noise removal) Result: Good audio without touching advanced audio tools. āœ… 5. Use AI Editing Tools (for 10x faster workflows) If you edit volume content like TikToks, podcasts, reels, etc., AI tools can automate most of it. Best AI Tools: šŸŽ§ Wisecut → Auto cut silences, add zooms, subtitles šŸŽ™ļø Descript → Edit video like a text document šŸ”„ Runway → Auto-remove backgrounds, fill, b-roll šŸŽžļø Pika / Kapwing AI → Quick cuts, captions, templates Result: Cuts 3-hour work to 20–30 minutes. āœ… 6. Automated B-Roll & Stock Insertions Adding b-roll manually is slow. Tools: - Runway automatic b-roll suggestions - Premiere Pro AI B-Roll Recommender (beta) - Descript Auto B-roll - Vidyo.ai for auto-highlights & b-roll

Client Wants Changes in LOGO - HELP ME GRAPHIC DESIGNERS
Assalam-o-Alaikum, I need some advice from all of you. I recently worked with a client on Upwork who hired me to create a logo. I made the logo exactly according to his requirements, applied all the requested changes, prepared the mockups, and even showed him how the logo would look on different products. However, now the client feels that something might be missing from the logo. He thinks it may need further improvements or changes, and he’s unsure whether the current design is suitable for his brand and products. So, I kindly request guidance from fellow graphic designers. Please take a look at this logo and share your suggestions on how I can improve it or make it more attractive, so I can guide my client better. Thank you so much.
