Hadees Of The Day | Translation & Explanation
Translation (English): Abu Hurairah (RA) reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Whoever does not thank people has not thanked Allah.” (Sunan Abi Dawood – Hasan) Detailed Explanation / Lesson: This hadith teaches us the importance of gratitude in Islam. Gratitude is not only directed to Allah ﷻ but also shown to the people around us. If someone helps us, we should thank them sincerely. Ignoring people’s kindness shows arrogance and ingratitude. When we thank people, we are indirectly thanking Allah, because He is the One who placed those helpers in our lives. The Prophet ﷺ would openly acknowledge even the smallest acts of kindness, which strengthened love and unity among the companions. Dua: اللَّهُمَّ اجعلني من الشاكرين لك ولمن أحسن إلي “O Allah, make me among those who are grateful to You and to those who do good to me.”

Deen-e-Ibrahimi: The Path to True Focus and Clarity
How does Deen-e-Ibrahimi help us stay focused? Deen-e-Ibrahimi means believing in only one Allah, worshipping only Him, and walking only on His path. When we follow Deen-e-Ibrahimi, it means that we are walking solely on Allah’s path. In this way, the alignment of our entire day, in everything we do, is only for Allah. This is also the path of truth, and after the revelation of the Qur’an, the truth has become absolutely clear. If we want to measure how strong our focus really is, then we need to see how focused we are in matters of Deen. If there are any additions or distractions, we must remove them so that the path of truth becomes clean and clear for us. In the same way, if we want to achieve worldly goals for the sake of Allah, we can also gain clarity in them — and this clarity allows us to become more focused.

Our Deen: Worshiping the Lord Who Created Everything
Deen means how you describe your Lord. If someone asks you, "Who is your Lord?" what would you say? When Pharaoh asked Prophet Ibrahim (A.S.), "Who is your Lord?" Prophet Ibrahim (A.S.) replied, "My Lord is the One who created the heavens and the earth, who gives us life and causes us to die, and who will bring us back to life after death." This is the system of Ibrahim (A.S.), the system of Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.), and it is also our system regarding our God. This is our argument. If any polytheist asks us, we should say that our Lord is the One who created the heavens, the earth, and everything in between. As for the polytheists who worship idols, ask them about their idols — "Give us a certificate that this is truly your Lord." Do they have any certificate proving that their idol created the heavens and the earth? But we don’t need to provide any certificate. We simply say, "Our Lord is the One who created everything." That is why Allah told the Prophet (S.A.W.) that this is your system — the same as Ibrahim’s — and this is also my Deen: that I worship the Lord who created everything, and He is mighty, dominant, and wise. This is our Deen.
