Showing up, even when it’s not perfect. - Stayed active and kept moving - Water intake on point - Protein included in meals - No bakery, no biscuits, no sugar — consistency continues. Nothing extreme, just consistency and that’s what matters most. Showing up and keeping the habits going. šŸ™Œ
