Shaking off the frustration.
This space is honestly really weird some days. I have been trying to be super consistent with being active daily and work my way up to a consistent 50 daily activities... it's slow, but I've developed a habit of logging in everyday so that's progress. However, I was hoping the engagement would drive Membership requests. It hasn't. Then I see that in 4 months, someone is at $445 MRR and pushing for $1200 over this next quarter. Do little to no lead generation activities. Sometimes I look around and think... Mann people out there are seemingly just touching it and it turning to gold. Now granted, it's only been like a week since I've started trying (again). But does it feel like, to anyone else, that some people just "have it"? Lol

@Cody Killian will be happy to check it out though I can’t promise to be very active only because I have to put my energy on growing my community. But I would love to help :) My community is more for digital product founders that need help with getting traction… but I’m applying my product management method there on my own community to increase traction there. If that’s something of interest for you feel free to free to join too

@Cody Killian cool. Let me know what you think
Would the following community interest you?
My current community Product Traction Accelerator members are really interested in getting testers for their products. Finding testers is always a challenge, since they need to fit their user persona, and even then, not everyone are curious, or have the capacity to participate. So helping my members with testers is one way I believe I can help them. To do that, I thought to create a community of testers (either in the Product Traction Accelerator or a different one)... So I'm validating now if this is something people would be interested in, and whose better than the amazing members of this group to let me know what you think. Would love to hear from you - have in mind, even if interested, it would be only for products that makes sense for you as a prospective user. Thanks! Moshe

I've got this fun idea....
I'm trying something new in my group this month and love your thoughts on this. For the past 2 months I’ve been running themed, multi-day live experiences. My idea is: Build it live together. Keep the replays + workbook + AI Prompt in the classroom. Use it as both a learning asset and a conversion event👍 So far we’ve gone deep: 🌿7 - Days of Clarity & Focus (now a part of our 7 day onboarding) 🌿5-Day Decision Closed Sprint (decision capacity builder) Good stuff to keep in the classroom. Potential SLO content later. This month I’m pivoting. I feel a need for some playful embodiment. Less reflection. Less deep. Less long. Goal: 60-90 minute live special event. Real learning disguised as a party😉 I'm building a Bingo game-style word-swap event where we'll practice replacing shrinking language ("I just..."I'm sorry, but...", "Maybe...") with grounded authority-building language. I can see this like a practice lab for voice and visibility work. But...party style 🤗 Curious... For those of you who do transformational work or have a reflective space, have you pivoted to do something lighter and gamified like this? Love to chat with you about how it worked for you. Do you feel it diluted the depth of the work? Brought a welcome energy shift into your work? If you've never done this and want to follow along to see how it goes, that's welcome as well!

@Clare Goodall ah I see! We are in Canada and I just checked and Vinted is across Europe and the USA but not here yet... No worries! I was curious for my daughter :) All the best!
It's all about your product traction...
The questions are how do you (1) define what traction is, and (2) how do you get that traction. Simply put, if you are trying to raise funds for your startup, and you don't have traction, you have really small chances getting funded. So what is traction? - Potential users are interested in what you have to offer - Even better, potential clients are trying your product - Even better, potential clients are coming back more than one or twice to try your product - Even better, potential clients that use your product regularly tell you how much they are willing to pay for your product - Even better, potential clients that use your product regularly become clients and pay for your product - Even better, your clients are telling other people to try your product Do you have a product out there but don't have traction? That's why I created the Product Traction Accelerator community, to help you get just that. Inside you can find - My Product T.R.A.C.T.I.O.N kit, that will take you step by step in organizing what's important right now and focusing on that - Other founders like you who are in this stage - Advice in different forms on the process and ideas how to improve your traction If you are a founder with a digital product and don't have traction, I would love to have you join us
