1️⃣ Stop trying to attract everyone This community grew fast the moment I got ruthless about who it’s for. Clear audience = clearer invites = easier shares. When people instantly think “this is for me”, they join. Vague communities get ignored, specific ones get recommended. 2️⃣ Turn your members into the marketing I don’t rely on ads. I rely on moments. Wins, shoutouts, progress posts. When members feel seen, they talk about the community outside of it. The fastest growth I’ve had always came from members proudly sharing where they hang out. emails are actually going to be your biggest tool. People in the education space are way more likely to sign up through an email funnel than just seeing a random ad on FB. It’s definitely the best way to get them to convert, it should be at the top of your marketing!!
