Best CRM/Funnel Builder for Lead Gen offers? 🤔
Hey guys!! In September I started a "Pay per Lead" offer and managed to close 9 clients. I've been using GHL over the last 3 years for all my other agency offers I was running in the past and have become super familiar with it... However, it does have pretty big limitations when it comes to running a Pay per Lead offer (Slow funnel loading speeds, poor survey customization, flying blind since I can't see how many people start the survey and where they drop off, etc). I've been looking into HeyFlow as an alternative but I find the funnel builder a headache to get around (another steep learning curve just as GHL was at the start...). Webflow is also always an alternative. I was curious to know what everyone here used for their funnels and surveys!! Looking forward to your thoughts and answers!

I've been seeing a few funnel builders building everything in vercel, it seems to convert pretty well from what I'm seeing
My biggest problem right now: Getting Leads for 9 Clients ☠️
Hey guys! I have 9 pay per lead clients which are all in the same industry (Senior Care in the USA) but operate in different states. I have my landing page set-up in GHL and am running Meta ads to it. I'm seeing good KPIs (I think) in the ads manager and have a good amount of people going onto the landing page, but I'm not having anyone fill out the survey! The ad campaign is a Leads campaign. I've set it up so that an unqualified lead triggers the "Lead" event and a qualified lead triggers the "CompleteRegistration" event. The campaign objective is "CompleteRegistration" and they've been running since Monday. The second screenshot is the GHL Stats dashboard - one of the opt-ins was me to check if everything was working. Really curious to know what you guys think may be preventing me from converting these landing page visits into leads!! More than happy to pay someone with experience to hop on a call!

I'm Carson from Canada, ran a pr firm, have a few agency clients on the side for remodeling/roofing/water damage, looking to scale and land some clients that already run ads on their accounts

@John Kiama what niches do you have clients in for home services? could make sense to do one of those
PPL for Plumbing? 🪠
Anyone doing PPL for plumbing, or know someone doing well in this niche? Obviously Google Ads works better than META Ads for this since it's an urgent service. I'm curious to know how your system is set up. Specifically... - How are you managing multiple clients who are in different areas (e.g. Main domain like PlumbingPete.com with pages for each client like: /atlanta-plumber, /miami-plumber, etc., or what exactly?) - How do you get each client enough leads that are exclusive to them and their area? - What is your CPL, and how much are you selling the leads for? Any help is appreciated

have a couple clients for plumbers you can farm the hell out of sites like craigslist for cheap leads (but quality is ass), depends on area but we have rural clients that average about $50 per lead (less if you factor in some pmax spend). we just have them on retainer right now

@Meta Davis calls specifically for plumbing, we do some LSA and texts are regular occurences
Home Remodeling Leads
I own a remodeling company, we get a best leads with google LSA here in the states. Is anyone here doing PPL in the home improvement niches? was thinking about windows, siding, flooring, painting.. bath and kitchen remodels do take a little bit to convert being high ticket.

@Ashraf Nayeem how have you found per call vs per lead with non-emergency services? Any drop off in making them call directly?
