I'm in the process of launching a paid community, but I'm wondering if it might be better to create a high-ticket offer and keep the community free, or to create a low-ticket offer and charge members a monthly fee. Any thoughts?

I just was talking about this with @Tiffany Noel Taylor and also with my members. We all agreed to keep it free, and have classes be paid individually a la carte style. Then if they want more, they pay for premium and get the lessons for free.

Any advice on how to create successful IRL events?

I am a professional mountain guide and I own a backpacking business taking people through mountains all over the world and it has dawned on me that this platform (specifically Goose) would be a great place to find digital nomads to come on these trips as a "digital detox" or just explore mountains and nature alongside with me. Anybody have any tips on how to make this happen? Or if the idea needs tweaking. My "marketing" strategy has mainly consisted of sending personal messages to friends and family, but building a community here is appealing because the reach is so broad. Thanks - my free community Backcountry Society has pics and videos showing what I do.
