The last few days, I had a thought: I wanted to build my community something bigger than just here on skool. (For my digital nomad community) I wanted to build a brand, a brand that has reach and holds weight on multiple different platforms. So like any other normal person, I started brainstorming lol. Here's what I came up with - Creating a collaboratons "department" (one member leads this charge) where the group can get sponsorships and collaborations, whether it's free travel or make $ - Creating social platforms across Instagram and YouTube. On Instagram, members and their travel videos will be featured only. (helps with personal branding & their online business/project getting promotion - A "pay it back" department where one member also spearheads this in doing charity events. (this is down the line - A website (top members get featured here Articles get posted here Digital Nomads stories get posted here And we can have affiliate links another way to make income for the community HERE'S THE BIG ONE! The ultimate way to pay it back to the group is by offering top members to earn stock. I've said it since day one, this community is not to get monetized (for my benefit only). I'm not interested in making money off this community, but with how much it's grown and the opportunity it has, this is a direct opportunity to impact some of the top members by getting them financially incentivized into the community! All sponsorships, ads, features, whatever it may be that companies can pay people who have stock. This would be done through a software of Global Digital Nomads (Yes, we have to situate it as a company). I'm not sure exactly how the logistics work on this, but I am basically following Skool and @Sam Ovens model. So... what the hell do ya think?
