Please can you tell me more how does this community work

Yay today is the day that I have been working towards since JUNE!!!!! 🫣 Multiple times I would get just 2-3 days away from getting the fire and I would get sick or I was travelling and time zones messed me up... Now I FINALLY have it. It seems like such a simple achievement but it proved to be tougher than I thought. How good does the leaderboard look all lit up now.... just @Kai Lorenz needs get his matches going 😄 I am also doing a Fire mini challenge in my community.. started at the started Sept 1 and ends Oct 1 and anyone who has a Fire at the end of the month are invited into "Fire" only call. I might keep this a monthly thing.. a call only for fire memebers? Does anyone else do this in their community?

As I head to launch my second Skool community in a few weeks (a paid one). Shoot me all of the do's and do not's that you have faced that maybe (just maybe) I could sidestep before they happen! Oh and... is youtube really the best traffic to a paid group?

Is anyone currently running the model of having a free community + paid community? If so, what has been the traffic/conversion from the free to paid, is it useful in other words?
