Today, my cup is full. Not because I’m overwhelmed. Not because I’m overworked. And not because I’ve stretched myself too thin. But because I feel loved. I’ve spent time catching up with the people I love and care about, we’ve had meaningful conversations — the kind that quietly settle in your chest and feel like food for your soul. This community has also been quietly growing, and I’m seeing people support one another in such a gentle, genuine way. That alone makes my heart feel so full. I just wanted to say thank you. Thank you for showing up, for being present, and for taking the time to be here. I truly appreciate every one of you 🙏🏼

We had a really bad storm here in Cornwall last night and have no electricity 🤦🏻‍♀️ it’s pretty cold but we have the fire on the go so we have hot water and food. My phone is nearing its death 😂🙈 so I am keeping myself busy and painting in the dark. But sometimes you need a reminder to get off the gravy train and go back to basics 🫠😂 🥰
