How do I encourage my young athletes to develop the mindset and dedication they need? Also, how do I help help them develop aggression on the field while maintaining their peaceful, encouraging spirit off the field?

My son just turned 11 at the end of August. He’s 5’5” and 205 lbs. His running form is horrible, and I’m looking for ways to help him improve his speed and explosiveness off of the line. What drills will help him with his running form and getting off the line with power? Where should my focus be?
