New to the Lab
Hi everyone, I'm Jacob Masters. I'm 37 and from Dover, Ohio. I work as an executive for a nonprofit. Right now, I'm really focusing on getting stronger and building up my physique. When it comes to movies, I've always had a soft spot for Clue from the '80s, it's just so campy, funny, and completely ridiculous, plus I was a big fan of the game as a kid.

Bit late on the intro, but hey everyone - I'm Shawn, from Ottawa 🇨🇦. It's still full-on winter here 😩 I'm 45, and trying to get back in shape - I was a perfect example of someone who gained "covid weight" during the pandemic years.

No gym? No problem!
Have to shoutout @Michael Champoux for completing his workout this morning under poor conditions! His hotel while traveling said it "had a gym".. only to find out there were only spin bikes!! That didn’t stop him, he found a 30 minute cycling workout on YouTube and got his workout complete anyways 🏆🏆
