Open communication really starts with creating a space where people feel safe to speak up—without fear of being judged or ignored. As a leader, that means being honest, listening actively, and showing your team that their input matters. It helps to have regular check-ins, simple communication tools, and space for feedback—not just when things go wrong, but all the time. When people feel heard, supported, and part of the process, open and honest communication becomes part of the team culture.

It's incredibly useful! In our business, we go the extra mile by providing our students with valuable resources and added benefits, such as bonus classes, workshops, monthly challenges, free proficiency assessments, and certificates, among other things. 😁 We also offer trial classes and additional perks to enhance their learning experience. While this does require an investment of our time, resources, and money, we've found that, in the long run, it’s absolutely worth it.

This is such an important point, and I couldn’t agree more. Most of our clients actually come to us through word of mouth rather than marketing. That’s not to say we can’t do more in that area. I really like the activity that was proposed and plan to bring it up at our next team meeting. I’m sure we’ll come up with even more ideas to better serve our clients, enhance our services, and so on.

Inspired by Alex Hormozi, I’ve been reflecting on where my attention goes. Currently, I find myself spread too thin between operational tasks and trying to improve multiple processes at once. This scattered focus is limiting my ability to concentrate on strategic growth. To optimise, I plan to delegate more responsibilities to my team and dedicate daily blocks of time to high-impact activities like business development and innovation. By narrowing my focus, I believe I can drive better long-term results!
