I live in CA in the.Bay Area and happy to be here with you all. In the past 9 mo my mom passed away unexpectedly, I got separated after 32 years, sold my house and just moved. To say I’ve been a hot mess is an understatement! So here I am, doing my best every day and trying to keep my self semi sane. Been meditating for many years but truthfully my practice has fallen to the wayside when I needed it the most, silly I know! Ready for this 90 days!!

I’m in grad school working in my masters in clinical mental health counseling. I also work full time. And in a weird twist of fate, was recently charged with a DUI which to say is uncharacteristic of me is an understatement. Here to refocus on myself. Hoping to prioritize my own needs, so I can best serve myself, my clients, and all of our futures. Let’s F@&kin do this! 🩵🙈🧘🏻‍♀️🙃
