I started my yoga and meditation journey on accident back in 2016 when I created an instagram account to make fun of yoga. I started teaching yoga in 2017. In 2019 I challenged myself to 90 days of meditation. I hated meditation for 76 days but day 77 it was an awakening for me. I realized meditation was a superpower and I haven't stopped since. I've recorded over 200+ meditations and taught over 100+ meditation teachers. Throughout my journey, I completed several NLP trainings, launched a podcast with over 5 million downloads ("Relax with Yogi Bryan Meditations"), developed the app "Chill Pill with Yogi Bryan App," and travel the world doing workshops and meditation retreats. My goal is to help the world release 100 billion f*cks. Now go introduce yourself in a new post so the community can get to know you. Don't be shy! Hi fuckers, Shinji from Argentina here again, I tried the challenge back when I was pregnant going through a difficult situation, now my adorable baby boy is almost 10 months old, and I'm willing to keep improving myself 🥰 though I don't have almost any minutes left in my day (unless I steal time from sleeping 💀 ✌🏻) Various neurodivergencies make me a difficult meditator 😂 specially with attention and consistency. but I'll keep on trying 😜 Hope to have a great time with y'all!

Mine looks like this. Drop a pic or describe it below in the comments. Maybe it's a real tree or a make believe tree but it's rooted deep inside your mind. Each day gets deeper and deeper because each day you unlock more doors in your mind. Each day is a brand new day for even more grounding energy because you deserve it.
