Always renegotiate — even after you have the deal in contract.
Worst case? They say no. Best case? You knock $5K–$10K off the purchase price. In my experience, 9 out of 10 times you can get a price drop. Why? Once sellers are in contract, their mindset is already locked into getting the deal done. And if they don’t want to budge? You can always stick with the original purchase price, you lose nothing. The key: - Have a reason for why you need the price drop. - Have another reason ready for why you can still stick with the original price if they push back. As long as you have a reason, you’ll be fine. Do this consistently and it will and make you tens of thousands of dollars every year.

Greetings everyone, Im learning the basics still. Currently do property management and also run a cleaning company. Currently just published a book and course about how to start and operate your cleaning company. From residential to commercial and become a 6 figure earner in that industry. Im looking to do wholesaling and also make more profit. I operate out of KS and MO. I appreciate the warm welcoming ❤️

CONGRATULATIONS ❤️ 🎊 👏
Nervous About Making Your First Cold Call?? Here’s What Pushed Me to Close My First Deal Anyway!
Hey everyone, If you’re just starting out and the thought of cold calling freaks you out, I get it. I was right there too heart pounding, thinking every “no” meant I’d never make a deal. But what changed for me was just picking up the phone anyway, even when I didn’t feel ready. I focused on the process and also a proven system not the outcome, and bit by bit, those scary calls turned into real conversations and eventually, my first deal. If you’re feeling nervous, that’s totally normal. The key is to keep showing up, dialing, and trusting the process. With the right system and steady consistency, everything can change. That first “yes” is closer than you think. Always remember, we’re all in this together and ready to help whenever you need it.

@Benjamin Locksley thank you for the feedback back. Im still trying to understand the process of it all first. Doing some studying before I jump in if that makes sense. My son in law does whole selling, I was initially interested in property management, over looking projects on the properties which I currently do. Now a gal wants to mive in this direction as well.
