Spleen
Sterling, correct me if I am wrong, but in the class on Saturday, I believe you said to stimulate the spleen above where the medialwatchamacallit touches the side of rib cage—I believe you put your hand above the point and said to stimulate there? But in the lessons, you said that the medial touching point is the rooftop of the spleen. Can you help me?
Getting back into ultrasound
So I have tried splenic ultrasound before. I did splenic ultrasound consistently for several months but never actually noticed a difference from it. I also did not notice a difference when I stopped. Now, I have been seeing a lot of buzz again for ultrasound in the context of treating chronic illness. I am housebound with ME/CFS and suffer from profoundly debilitating symptoms so I was encouraged. I am seeing that using ultrasound on the temple and the neck work better than the spleen for some people. As such I have pulled my US Pro 2000 2nd edition out of storage and have started experimenting again. I did 5 minutes on medium intensity to my right temple. I definitely felt something, not necessarily positive, kind of like a buzzing and pressure on that part of my brain. After using it the feeling has been lingering, and a similar feeling has spread to the opposite side of where I used the ultrasound. It is mildly uncomfortable. 15 minutes later it feels like someone is pressing firmly on both my temples. This feeling intensifies if I move my head. Makes me wonder if I overdid it. I wonder how did other people feel when they started ultrasound on the right temple? And what could I be doing to improve my technique?

I am new Evalyn. I overdid it my first two days and got a headache, nausea. To be fair, I have been doing Chlorine Dioxide as well so it is not possible to know which therapy may have induced my symptoms. However, I realize I need to start slow, perhaps slower than five minutes, despite my eagerness to go for it. Maybe start with 2-3 min and monitor?
Huge News ! Lymphatic Drainage Protocol Being *Pioneered* By Melissa Rose !!
This is something I always have loved about the Vagus Nerve + Ultrasound world. Even back when I did coaching, while I always advised a general protocol of stimulating the Vagus Nerve, it's true that some clients felt an "intuitive" drive to place the Ultrasound in other places. It reminds me a lot of Christina H. who has an amazing story, where she placed the Ultrasound on her Sacral region around the tailbone. That immediately helped her body release immense amounts of trauma, and her health drastically improved within the ensuing weeks, it was a huge breakthrough in the application of Ultrasound across the many large branches of the Vagus Nerve and Parasympathetic System. So, Melissa Rose, you should absolutely try to follow her over on X.com Here's her post from today: https://x.com/MelRoBuilds/status/1915410953744637982 And I've included screenshots here in this post to review. And there absolutely are a LOT of studies indicating that the use of Ultrasound on lympatic and glymphatic (more in the brain) does a lot to promote effective drainage of the "bad stuff" - so cool ! So, if you have your Ultrasound already - All that information opens up on Level 2 btw ! And I know you can all get there if you haven't already. I would suggest you try it out if you particularly are having some degree of bodily retention of fluids in certain areas. But yeah, it's been so crazy to see the work I've helped promote online finally breaking into the world, the public world now. Nothing can stop an idea who's time has come. Happy Sounding ! -Sterling

@Sterling Cooley got it. Thank-you!
Should I feel anything?
I started using my tenspros 1000. I can hear a slight sound. I put lots of gel. Should I feel anything on my skin? Just making sure my device is working properly.

Tens vs Ultrasound
Thank-you for the great class today Sterling. I am beyond excited for this journey and am grateful for your generosity. I am going through Level 2 and just finished info on electrical VNS. My Question is: Do people use it in conjunction with US or does US blow it out of the water? I know it may be individualized, but just wondering about general consensus?

@Sterling Cooley great. Exactly what I was looking for. I got my nicotine patches too. Haven’t tried yet. Did not know they work on the vagus nerve, too. Excellent.

@Chaweon Koo thank-you. I am in such a sorry state, may be good to try both.
