Spleen
Sterling, correct me if I am wrong, but in the class on Saturday, I believe you said to stimulate the spleen above where the medialwatchamacallit touches the side of rib cage—I believe you put your hand above the point and said to stimulate there? But in the lessons, you said that the medial touching point is the rooftop of the spleen. Can you help me?
