Where were you on 9/11?
They opened our start line of our climb in Idaho this morning with a moment for 9/11, and the feeling of community in the days after. Where were you that morning? How does this reflection drive or encourage you today?

Greetings from the PNW. Sure do miss you!
Hi Doc! Looking forward to staying connected through your Natural Holistic Living group! Thanks for the invite. My profile is based on my radio alias, but you know me as Carolyn B.

Welcome Sunshine! Awesome to meet you! Love the name☀️
Your four guides. (Powerful Stuff)
Everything below is free, and none of it is published anywhere else. THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE "CLASSROOM" TAB. Take them in this order. One — The 7-Day Baseline Seven days, one small thing a day. No supplements to buy, no diet to start, nothing to give up. Just a picture of where you're actually starting — in your own handwriting, on one page. In six months you'll measure against it. Printable scorecard included. Two — Test, Don't Guess — the annual bloodwork guide Which panel to ask for, what each part costs, and the exact script for the conversation with your doctor. This is the one most people tell me they wish they'd had ten years ago. Three — The Foundational Five The short list of supplements worth your money. And, more usefully, the ones that aren't. Four — The Movement Scorecard A ten-minute check you do at home to find where you're stiff, where you're weak, and where you're fine. Work through them at your own pace. When something doesn't make sense, ask in Ask Dr. Matt — that's what it's for. -Dr. Matt

Glad you're here. This room runs on one idea: we don't guess, we test. Your body is always giving you information. But most of us were just never taught how to read it. Here's how to get started. Five minutes, tops. 👇 1️⃣ Say hello Head to the Introductions tab and tell us three things: your first name, where you're from, and the one health thing you're tired of guessing about. That's it. 2️⃣ Open the Classroom Start Here walks you through how to use this place. Your four free guides are in there too: the 7-Day Baseline, the annual bloodwork guide, the Foundational Five, and the Movement Scorecard. Start with the Baseline. 3️⃣ Ask me things Drop your questions in Ask Dr. Matt anytime. Once a month I go live and answer whatever you bring. That's it. Go post your hello. I'll be reading. - Dr. Matt

@Travis Routh Welcome Travis!
Looking Forward
Hello, y’all. My name is Cory, I’m 39 years old, and I work for a general contractor here in Tulsa as a superintendent for 16 year. I’ve been happily married to my wife for seven years, and we have a 12-year-old daughter. Outside of work, one of my biggest passions is playing golf. I do my best to put my family first in everything I do. At the end of the day, my goal is to build a lasting legacy for my family. To me, legacy means being around for them for as long as I possibly can, but also making sure that if something were to happen to me, my family would be taken care of and never lack what they need. One thing I hope to gain from this experience is the opportunity to become a mentor to someone who may be struggling through the early stages of their career. At the same time, I’m hoping to open myself up to being mentored by someone who can help me continue becoming a better man, husband, and father. I believe we are all constantly growing, and we’re each at different stages of our lives. As men, it can be difficult to open up and be vulnerable about the challenges we face. I know that’s something I personally struggle with, and I’m looking forward to becoming more comfortable with that process. Dr. Matt, I’m genuinely curious and excited to see how this experience develops and where it may lead.
