Organic vs paid growth
Jen, Brandon and I have had many conversation around this and its super fascinating to learn about the paid strategies for me as somebody who has focused so heavily on organic. What is organic? This would focus on items such as branding, social media, website, and invitation based strategy. Often times it takes longer with persistence and consistency. Paid strategies would be designed to drive traffic through ads, paid marketing, high end evideo and partnerships. I want to invite you to ask questions about what pertains to you. What have you tried, why are your hesitant to try what you haven't etc. Something to be mindful is that most people are quick to place marketing on the chopping.block when things are slow, but that's when marketing matters the most.

@Josh Case Yes, part of the trouble business run into with paid strategies is you can burn through a lot of cash with little to no results if you don't have your message and offer dialed in. That can give you data and help you get to what resonates with your audience, but it is costly. However, with most small businesses it is probably better to get the message and offer figured out first and then use paid strategies as an accelerant.

I would have to say for me it is creating materials for training. Right along side with creating systems. I could improve on that as well, but the "systems" I currently have I do not have it written or recorded in a way that it could be handed off to someone else so they could do it.
Blogs in 2025 and why you should be using them
Blogs are in even more so than in 2015. With AI Search looking to read and find clear questions, AI reads blogs on your websites to help promote your business. Ai doesn't care about your Google position, it cares that you're answering questions correctly. You can no longer "key word" stuff your blogs and rank heavy. You must have clearn natural language in your blogs to be AI searchable. Isn't being top on Google good? Yes it is, it's a labor of hard work...but... Google took 10 years to do a billion searches. Chat GPT, Gemini, Claude, Manus, Perplexity are all doing 1 billion searches per week...EACH Everyday you're not being found you're getting more lost

Do you have any strategies to help keep social media from sucking you in and wasting a bunch of time? I know I need to be "out there" but try to minimize my time on social otherwise I get sucked in and end up wasting time just endlessly scrolling.
