Goals
I want to train 5 days a week in the mornings and eat like my blood sugar depended upon it(it does). I already have a diet from my doctor I just need to stick to - oatmeal for breakfast, eggs and bacon on weekends, a nice indulgent yet well rounded lunch, and only proteins and veggies for dinner. No snacking, not even fruit! Training would look like probably lots of cardio with weights mixed in afterward. I like how cardio makes me feel. But I need to work on my whole body, not just what jogging can do for me, you know?

@Othmane Bouayoune wow man, thank you. I’ll let you know how my 4 days goes!
What’s Your 4-Hour Constraint Right Now?
If you had to be honest: training 3–4 hours per week isn’t hard because of effort, it’s hard because of one constraint that keeps showing up. So I’m curious: Right now, what’s the biggest thing limiting your progress within a 4-hour week? Comment with the one that hits closest.

@Othmane Bouayoune it’s being a new dad and new job and juggling caring for my grandparents and my home alongside it
Lower-body workout
Lower-body workouts are powerful because they don’t just shape your legs, they impact your entire body, health, and longevity. Here’s a clear breakdown of the key benefits: 1. Builds strength for walking, stairs, and daily movement 2. Boosts metabolism and supports fat loss 3. Strengthens bones and protects joints 4. Improves heart health and circulation 5. Enhances balance & core stability 6. Shapes and tones legs and glutes 7. Builds confidence and mental strength Strong legs. Strong life. 💪

@Othmane Bouayoune reminds me a tv workout I used to do, they’re effective!! I wish I had living room space for it. Maybe I could do it on my phone? Insanity by Sean T and Beachbody. Haha best shape of my life
Hi!
1️⃣ What's your name, and your training experience I’m Michael, I played sports in high school and lifted in football and loved the heck out of it but never created my own habit. Lately for the past two years it’s been hit and miss but I keep getting back on the wagon! 2️⃣ How many hours per week do you realistically train Right now it’s probably like 2-4 hours of just treadmill 3️⃣ Your main goal right now my main goal is consistency. Your First Action (Mandatory) Write an introduction post : 1️⃣ How many hours per week can you realistically train? 4 hours a week is realistic for me and feels like not enough even 2️⃣ Where do you feel most stuck right now? Consistency 3️⃣ What do you suspect is holding you back? I vibe off my environment a little too hard and let it hold me back

@Othmane Bouayoune heck yeah! I’m already semi-familiar with the machines. I can skip right to phase 2 tomorrow :)
