6 contributions to Entrepreneur Experience Hub
We Have Liftoff! Congrats! 🎉
We have crossed a huge milestone since starting this Skool community! I am genuinely thankful to everyone here who contributes to make it a better experience for everyone! As a thank you gift, the first 150 should now have lifetime access to our standard plan. Thank you thank you!! Also a bonus that you may have not thought of. Right now you’ll get 40% commission for anyone you refer (if you use your affiliate link). If you’re part of the first 150, then that’s positive financial ROI straight into your pockets. For those who are new and making their investment for it, only 2-3 people successfully referred and it pays for itself. Not even including the main ROI being what’s learned, taught, and implemented through the connections. Now we enter into the next phase, let me know with a dm your thoughts on how to improve and provide more value as we go. All ideas are welcome. @Joe Quero and I along with our team members are making plans this Friday to discuss this as well!

I called my boss's ideas stupid on a thumbnail
I told Keira that most of Jared's ideas are really good ideas. And that only some of them are stupid. I'm the one who packages these episodes, so guess what went on the thumbnail. New episode of The Entrepreneur Experience is up. Keira is the manager of outcomes for Coach Joe at ActionCOACH Kansas City — which means Joe says "we need this to happen somehow" and she's the somehow. I do the same job for Jared. We got honest about what that's actually like: the chaos, the new business idea every single morning, and how you figure out which ones are real. Turns out we both handle it the same two ways — systems, and prayer. Watch it before he does. @Keira Miller

The Month I Usually Dread Just Sold Out
If you've been around us a while, you know September is our hard one for GrowthCLUB attendance. Every year. Historically our September GrowthCLUB runs about 26% below our other GrowthCLUBs in attendance — school just started, everyone's traveling, somebody's kid has a tournament. I have years of notes that just say "out of town." "Family stuff." "Maybe December." This year we nearly tripled it — and then had to close registration, because we ran out of seats. It wasn't luck and it wasn't one magic ad. It was new coaches on the team. Showing up at BNI and every networking table we could get to, long before any of it turned into a registration. Doing what we said we'd do, following up when we said we would, and letting other people talk about us instead of talking about ourselves. None of that felt exciting while we were doing it. Most weeks it felt like admin, and I genuinely wondered if it was landing. It was landing. Shout out to Dan — he came on as my VA and took the least glamorous job we have, calling people all day and hearing "not this time" more than anyone should. A full September room doesn't happen without that. And to Joe — thank you for building something worth filling a room for, and for never letting us settle for good enough. "We don't have enough chairs" is the best problem I've had all year. To everyone who grabbed a seat — thank you. To everyone who didn't: December. Get on it early this time. What's the good problem you're hoping to have by the end of this year?

I’d like to thank all the people who told me “not this time” for building my character. 😂😂 But seriously, thank you, Keira! I’m so grateful for the opportunity to be part of this amazing team. Seeing GrowthCLUB sell out makes all the calls, emails, and follow-ups worth it. And thank you, Coach Joe, for leading this team and always pushing us to be better. I’m truly grateful to be part of this journey. Most of all, praise God for making all of this possible! 🙌🙏 On to December! 🔥
A Newbie with a Big Opportunity
Hi everyone! I'm Dan England Tabares from the Philippines, and I'm a Multimedia Virtual Assistant for ActionCOACH Kansas City. I joined the team earlier this year, and if I'm being honest, I never thought I'd end up here. I'm actually a newbie in multimedia. Before ActionCOACH, I failed four interviews and started thinking my resume had a "Do Not Hire" sticker on it. 😅 I honestly believed no one was going to give me a chance. Then God opened a door. One thing I'll never forget is my interview with Keira. She asked me, "What's a unique hobby you have?" I wasn't expecting that question at all. 😂 So I answered, "I read the Bible every day." I don't know if that was the answer she expected, but it was the honest one. Looking back now, I believe God was already writing the next chapter of my story. ActionCOACH didn't just hire me—they adopted me. That's honestly how it feels. I found more than a job; I found a family. When I first started, I was terrified. Business? Coaching? Marketing? I had no idea what everyone was talking about. There were plenty of moments where I'd smile during meetings and then immediately Google the terms afterward. 😂 I've learned so much about business, marketing, leadership, and systems, but the biggest lessons have been about life itself. Watching a team that genuinely serves business owners, lives out their faith, and supports one another has inspired me to keep improving every day. I'm grateful that God led me here and grateful to everyone at ActionCOACH who believed in someone who was still learning. If you're new, wondering whether you're good enough, or feeling like you don't belong, keep going. Sometimes all you need is one opportunity—and the right people—to change everything. I'm excited to continue learning from all of you. Glad to be here! Stay blessed!

YOUR Q4 STRATEGY NEEDS AN UNFAIR ADVANTAGE
Q4 is the most competitive time of the year. Every business is pushing for attention, chasing sales, and fighting to finish strong. The ones who win are not the ones who hustle the hardest — they are the ones who walked in with the clearest strategy and the sharpest execution. This September 11, GrowthCLUB brings together business owners who are serious about finishing the year strong. You will walk away with a focused Q4 game plan built specifically for your business — plus our guest speaker will be revealing how AI can give your strategy the edge your competitors do not have yet.
