Weekly Challenge: Break Resistance this Weekend!
Action Takers! I would like to offer a challenge to you to break a resistance that you have towards growth. Something that you're avoiding, something that you're limited by, something that gives you fear.. Break it and take immediate action on it. πŸ‘ŠπŸ» Ask yourself the following: - What am I avoiding? - What am I afraid of doing that will change my life? - Why am I not doing it? The purpose is to break from the "reality" you have formed about your capabilities and form a new one where you do not let resistance stop you from achieving anything. Break free from the narrative you have formed about yourself. Good luck chaps!

Semen Retention: How long should you do it?
I don't think there is a standard period of time that affects every man equally the same because I do believe it depends on the quality and not quantity of time spent holding in your sperm. You can spend 1000 days intentionally holding your sperm in and still be overweight, smoking, going clubbing every week snorting lines of coke pretending to be happy but this is self-sabotage at its pinnacle. Semen Retention has to be coupled with Massive Action. πŸ”₯ - Without action you will certainly remain the same you've always been. Without changing analysing and changing your habits and patterns you will slip back into the old you. That is why for me 100 days is a GOOD amount of time because it takes care of the following: - 1-25 Days: Extreme Sexual Frustration and you have to manage your habits well to make it through - 25-50 Days: Calm Composed Energy to set New Success Habits & Patterns into place - 50-100 Days: High Vibrant Energy - Spend time in this state practicing new habits, behaviours and taking BIG Action in your life to remove self-sabotaging behaviours. Men anecdotally describe a jump in their testosterone, energy, mental clarity and focus on their goals by the 50th day day much more when they do SR the first time but realistically most men are not going to hold their sperm in forever. So 100 days for me is a great amount of time for a man to experience just how much energy he can build up when he redirects that raw sexual energy into taking action. 100 days is about 3 months and 10 days which requires absolute discipline and consistency with purpose. Stay Focused Kings!

@Nabar Vadillo Well honestly I've only really been focusing on the Sr for the past month, but I did notice that the longer I did the cut, the more I noticed how unnecessary all the porn and jerking off was and how much it was throwing off the good energy I was getting from doing the cut and consistent lifting, so I feel like there must be a relation between the energies you get from eating clean and restricting bad foods and what you get on semen retention, because it's food and sexual urges that your trying to control, it's interesting, but I feel like you get a similar feeling on an extended fast that you do on semen retention, and when you combine doing both, it's a whole new level of energy and focus

@Nabar Vadillo yeah man I've never done a cold plunge but heaps of cold showers, I'll need to hit one up!
If We Focus on Everything, We Focus on Nothing
They used to give bread, wine and entertainment to the mob in the Ancient Rome so that they would not revolt against the state. The Mob was the real danger the state had to keep at bay but when distracted by sensory pleasures, the Mob decided that it didn't need to revolt so much when it was happy getting drunk while watching gladiators fight. I guess overtime as the states have evolved and so have their methods of distraction. Man has been pacified by unlimited distractions in the modern world. With so many of these dopamine triggering distractions it's no wonder men are miserable. They are being sabotaged daily by their environment. But in reality man gives consent to his environment to distract him. His biggest enemy of 2026 is distraction and here's why.. You live in a time of abundance. You don't need to go hunt an elk just to eat some food. You don't need to venture far and wide to find sexual pleasures. You don't even really need to go to an office to work anymore... You have everything you need at right your fingertips (LiterallyπŸ“±). There is actually nothing else you need other than to focus on taking massive action in your life. If you want to build your body up, you can't gym for an hour and check yourself out in the mirror everyday and expect to see the changes in your body happen live. It takes time, patience and repetitions. Repetitions of removing self-sabotaging behaviour, Repetitions of waking up early everyday, Repetitions of saying no to porn and Repetitions of positive self-talk. Repetitions are the most clear forms of focus and they are meant to carve a deep memory into your psyche about who you are what you're capable of. Like a stone mason chips away a thousand times to reveal his masterpiece within the rock. Repetitions are what we use to chip away the old to unveil the new. When we focus on everything that's going on, on Social Media it's too overwhelming for us to compute how we are supposed to feel, understand and respond. Focus on yourself first and manage what you have in your control and slowly overtime you will expand your capabilities and your influence in different areas of life. If you focus constantly on what you can't control and you will remain distracted.

Yes, repetition of the right habits builds a better life in the long run, as soon as you get your diet, routine and lifestyle automated and focused it's like you instantly gain this source of hidden energy and that just keeps the cycle going on an even higher frequency, I totally see why dudes on their purpose have so much energy each day, it's impossible not to if your hitting your disciplines and focusing πŸ’ͺ,13%bf 184lbs right now, currently going for 10%bf by March /April (will do a dexa) and also on a 8 day retention streak, feeling focused and electric, your posts keep my energy going bro, keep it up πŸ™Œ

Weekly Male Focus Call!
Good Day Gentlemen! It's midday here in Sunny Barcelona Spain and have been itching to start doing regular weekly calls for everyone in this group. The reason why I started this group was to help men find a better version of themselves and use my experience from coaching to if anything give you a little push in the right direction as well as facilitate a community where men can communicate and share things that get them through the day and then optimise their lives! Ive put on the calendar that 6th February, Friday at 5:30pm Central European Standard Time Time zone in Barcelona (GMT+1) I will host the first call to explain the following: - Who I am (Nabar) - Why did I start this Community? - How to use the tools in the Community - Semen Retention & Male Resistance See you kings there!

What the fuck is Toxic Masculinity?
Nowadays guys are meant to think that their masculinity is "Toxic"... What an absolute joke. It's because masculine men are so rare these days that women's only encounter with men is when they're getting hit on or DM'ed on Social Media. Masculinity is order, it is structure, it is power. It is hard to find a powerful man because man has been reduced to a money slave where his value is attached to his economic output. Women make men feel unworthy everyday about how they're not making enough or "being" enough but that's not why they call Masculinity toxic. Women will always follow men thats how the world is now and it's how it's always been. Women who have been fed anything other than that truth will learn sooner or later. Women have a spider-sense when something's wrong with her man or men in general. They can pick-up when a man is lost, not present, emotionally closed off and even scared. Women are Oracles and the reason why they seem so fucking nuts sometimes because they are man's mirror. They show us the things we are avoiding, the problems we have with the world and with ourselves. Let's look at the facts.. Society is run by weak men. Weak men that control a monetary system that runs everything. The system is run on "Usury" which has historically warranted a death penalty to any practitioner in every religion that has financial laws. The weak men use this monetary system to enslave the strong men. When the weak man can print out the credit, which buys the bullet, which kills the strong man, there is fundamentally no need to be strong.. or at least strength turns into "who can control the credit." This system is the real Matrix.. It is not about AI taking over, Robots, Aliens invading the western nations, it is all about finance, credit and power. You see what the system lets you see. Males participating in this system without disgust is TOXIC MASCULINITY. Believing that you are winning by climbing the ladders of this system is doing a massive injustice to women, to children and quite frankly other men. Women know there is something wrong but they don't know what it is.. why? Because women follow men.. what kind of men they follow? Obviously the guy who can provide them unlimited credit. BECAUSE THATS WHAT THEY'RE MEANT TO DO!
