High protein Asian food 🍱
My husband is a legit kitchen wizard. 🧙‍♂️ He recently came back from Asia with a lot of culinary inspiration! I have a gluten and dairy allergy so he’s had to get creative over the years ☺️ Pictures include high protein tofu sweet potato noodle soup; chicken dumplings, Korean eggs (marinated), char sui pork rice bowl; pork dumplings; shrimp fried rice with miso soup and clams. All homemade… AND sooo good 🤤 while hitting my protein goals!

Banana Bread
Today I tried to make a high protein banana bread. With 167 kcal and 9,6g protein per portion, quite good.

Meal prep doesn’t have to be complicated
Indeed, meal prep can be quick and easy. Although it looks boring, it can vary in taste. The basics are simple, a source of protein, some carbs and fats. My colleagues asked me if I have the same every week. But it’s not. Even a change of seasoning can make a difference, last week Asian spices, this week Greek. If you find your go to meal, then you could it every day. Bon appetite!

Yummy !! Char gpt is also a great tool, I go in my old recipes book that are not healthy, take a picture and ask him to make it fit in the macro.
Goal achievement
Today mark a big milestone for me. When I started to workout with Mike, I wasn’t in an healthy period in my life. I was taking two blood pressure pills everyday, I was doing heart condition tests. In January 2025 I decided that I wanted to change my life, my work consisted to be always on the road, having events all the time so drinking wine everyday and it became an habit. I decided to go sober completely for an entire 8 months because I wanted to focus to be the best version on myself and I was starting to enjoy that feeling of being effective and energetic all the time. Training and being healthy became a priority. I gave myself 6 months to lose 20 pounds, which was short. I had already lost 5 pounds before working with Mike. Life is crazy, work became more and more intense but I did not gave up and doing the best that I can considering all my obligations with traveling. Mike stayed available all the time and decided to keep working with me. Today I’ve reach my goal that we had set when we met, not as fast as I wanted but I did it. Meal prep, working out and also Mike taught me not to be obsessive and enjoying life is ok. So I’m being vulnerable with that post and wanted to show the before and after pic. Officially down 25 pounds since December 2024. I feel that I am more than that because I wear clothes that I was able to wear when I was lighter than 185. I feel good, confident, proud and bless to have found a community that I can share those milestones. Here are my before and after (got hair also I had an hair transplant in turkey 😂) Thank you Mike !!! (Sorry for the mistakes, I’m French so writing in English is not my main language)

No gym? No problem!
Have to shoutout @Michael Champoux for completing his workout this morning under poor conditions! His hotel while traveling said it "had a gym".. only to find out there were only spin bikes!! That didn’t stop him, he found a 30 minute cycling workout on YouTube and got his workout complete anyways 🏆🏆
