Great listen…This really hits home. Even though I’ve played a major role in building companies, this past year and a half has reminded me that slow is fast — and that vetting the right partnerships is everything. I used to overlook my own strengths, staying in constant survival mode and focusing on making sure every project I touched was executed with precision. But capital raising — and truly building a business — requires more than execution. It demands alignment: shared values, complementary strengths, and a mutual mission. That’s been the turning point in my journey — shifting from just building for others to building something lasting, with the right people beside me. The Unfair Advantage framework has helped me recognize the value I bring and the power of purpose-driven partnership…Thank you for that strategy!
