SOME OF MY FAVOURITE HIGH PROTEIN FOODS
- Eggs - Greek yoghurt - Chicken (breast) - Beef mince 95/5 - Salmon - Tuna - Protein shakes - Nuts - Cottage cheese *Eating protein slows down the rate of muscular atrophy. (getting skinny) ..not in a good way

Might be a silly question but could you maybe do a breakdown of how much protein each of the above mentioned have and in what portion size? How much of it would be good for me to consume with the goal of weight loss?

Weak wrists
Hi, my wrists become sore quite easily especially during body weight exercises where I need to apply pressure to the wrists. What can I do to take some strain off?

Hi everyone 😊. I'm Melissa, based in Cape Town, South Africa. I work at a private school as the Operations and Facilities Administrator as well as take on the role as receptionist where I deal with kids, parents and many many injuries (basically an unpaid doctor without a degree at this stage with all the injuries these kids get😭😂). I also assist our Finance department with Creditors when needed. My main fitness goal currently is weight loss. Fav. Food.....pasta. anything pasta. Which is counter productive to the whole weight loss goal 🥲💔😂. Fav. Hobby... chasing sunsets and music.

WHY STRENGTH TRAINING MATTERS
- Builds muscle - Better chances of getting up after falling over - Improves posture - Improves balance and co-ordination - Helps preserve muscle as you age - Can open jars without help
