What sports do you follow?
With March Madness upon us for those in the US and who enjoy college basketball, I’m curious what sports do you enjoy following (or playing)?? What do you enjoy about it? For me, the NCAA tournament is a fun time and full of last minute excitement. You don’t really know what’s going to happen and who will win which adds to the thrill of it.

2026 turn around starts here
Merry (belated) Christmas and happy New Year! ‼️In the spirit of taking on 2026, I want to help 3 interested and dedicated individuals with a personalized plan‼️ My goal is to help people achieve their fitness and health goals. Often times the barriers feel too great and too many to actually making progress. Let’s break them down and make 2026 powerful! 🫵So, here’s my offer to you…. 8 weeks. Personalized exercise and eating coaching. Regular calls to discuss progress, challenges, and refine the program. All I ask in return is that if you feel it was worth it, leave an honest review and tell 2 people about the group so we can continue to help more people improve their lives. If you are ready to get results and not have to do all the thinking, make it known in the comments. If more than 3 are interested it’ll come down to random selection. Let me know by 1/1/26. Thank you all for your contribution and presence in this community! I appreciate you joining in on this journey! Let’s take on 2026! 💪

Hey Caleb. I hope you had a wonderful Christmas!!
Who/what speaks into you?
"Where there is no guidance, a people falls, but in an abundance of counselors there is safety." Proverbs 11:14 Guidance and counsel in modern terms could be compared with mentors. Mentorship is something I have heard of for awhile now, but it wasn't until the past few months to where I actually established a mentor. During our mentorship meetups we have been going through a book and discussing it together but often time our discussion reaches beyond the topic of the chapter into life circumstances. I can certainly say these meetings are times of growth and improvement! 📈 You may think you know yourself, but when someone with more wisdom sees you from the outside they sometimes see and communicate things about you that you may have never seen. I have been learning how important it is to have mentorship and guidance in life. I don't think we were meant to live alone, worship alone, work alone, but rather we are made for community. Those in your community can speak life or death into you and have the power to shape your trajectory. I have many time found myself listening to the wrong people and sources.... Social media being one of them (not that it's all bad but too often leads to comparison instead of productive learning) Proverbs 11:14 may be talking about a kingdom or larger political entity, but I think it reaches even to the individual level. So, who is speaking into your life? Do you have mentorship in your life or have you even been on the mentoring end? What was your experience? ❓What's an area currently where you feel you are in need of guidance? (Scripture reading, prayer life, fitness, eating habits, marriage/ family, career.... you name it)❓ Let's help each other out and make each other stronger! 🤝💪

@Caleb Jones I tried to make a reading plan. I put the app on my cell phone. I jammed my finger while moving computer equipment for work.

@Caleb Jones I hope so too. Yeah, it's a shame, but I'll just have to take it easy for the next few weeks. I can't complain, haha.
Finish strong 2025
So many people, leaders, and organizations start strong but finish poorly especially when it comes to character. Almost all of the kings in Israel’s and Judah’s history in the Bible did just that - started strong and obedient to God but let pride, greed, and their own self desires lead their lives in the end. 2025 is coming to a close with 1 month left. To finish the month strong I want to put forth a MONTHLY CHALLENGE! ✅For the month of December the challenge is to, in addition to a daily devotional, read 1 chapter of Proverbs each day ✅ There are 31 chapters of Proverbs and 31 days in December! Let’s finish strong by being rooted in the Word! Who is in??! Join the plan here! - https://bible.com/reading-plans/32775/together/77345968/invitation?token=bl1fgcnrdIe1L-QuS4easw&source=share The goal: comment a verse, thought, insight or feeling each day based on that day’s chapter🤝

Let's go
Gratitude Challenge
“Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” ‭‭1 Thessalonians‬ ‭5‬:‭16‬-‭18‬ ‭ For those in the USA, we approach Thanksgiving this week. I find it fitting to have a challenge this week around the spiritual discipline of gratitude. The spiritual discipline of gratitude is of as much importance as the spiritual disciplines of prayer, fasting, tithing and many others. Some benefits of gratitude include: 1. Increases your dopamine 2. Lowers cortisol 3. Regulates emotions 4. Improves sleep This week let’s try to acknowledge one thing each day we are grateful for! So, what are you thankful for/ grateful for? How has your life been touched by God’s grace?

@Caleb Jones My parents celebrated their 37th wedding anniversary last week. We went out to dinner on Saturday night. Afterwards, we spent the evening playing board games.
