🚨 Challenge: Week of January 11, 2026
I asked and you answered... We will be kicking off the first weekly challenge of 2026 with an exercise / physical activity challenge (followed up by a food/eating challenge as that received the second most votes). ➡️For this week the challenge will be to perform at least 4 workouts! ⬅️ Track it. Log it. Share it with the group with posts. Let everyone know what you are doing and how it is going for you! My bias is that the 4 workouts consistent of strength training (see the attached file for a sample program or check out this post from Isaiah)💪🔥 However, if running for hybrid training is more your speed AND you have a plan.... keep it up! Still track it. Log it. Share it with the group with posts. Quitter's Day is behind us and it is time to stay consistent and build life changing habits! Merry (belated) Christmas and happy New Year! ‼️In the spirit of taking on 2026, I want to help 3 interested and dedicated individuals with a personalized plan‼️ My goal is to help people achieve their fitness and health goals. Often times the barriers feel too great and too many to actually making progress. Let’s break them down and make 2026 powerful! 🫵So, here’s my offer to you…. 8 weeks. Personalized exercise and eating coaching. Regular calls to discuss progress, challenges, and refine the program. All I ask in return is that if you feel it was worth it, leave an honest review and tell 2 people about the group so we can continue to help more people improve their lives. If you are ready to get results and not have to do all the thinking, make it known in the comments. If more than 3 are interested it’ll come down to random selection. Let me know by 1/1/26.
