For those in the USA, we approach Thanksgiving this week. I find it fitting to have a challenge this week around the spiritual discipline of gratitude.
The spiritual discipline of gratitude is of as much importance as the spiritual disciplines of prayer, fasting, tithing and many others.
Some benefits of gratitude include:
- Increases your dopamine
- Lowers cortisol
- Regulates emotions
- Improves sleep
This week let’s try to acknowledge one thing each day we are grateful for!
