Results: - 1.26% reply rate (vs 0.6% industry standard) - 67.6% positive replies - $141K pipeline from one campaign Why it works: People WANT to talk to journalists. It's free PR for them. Nobody wants another sales pitch. Once they're on the call and trust is built, we naturally transition to paid services. And yes, we actually DO write about them. Can someone recomend me a platform to scrape apollo leads?

So my emails are warmed up (and I'll keep that on)... Now my question is; When starting my campaingn should I set each email to send 20 emails/day (and mailbox) or should I start smaller ie. 5 emails per mail box the first week, then 10 the second week , and 20 the 3rd week, or what's the best approach? 20 emails doesn't seem that much, but maybe it's not good to go full blast straight away 🤔

I wanted to ask two quick questions: 1️⃣ How many cold emails should I send per month to start landing my first client?I’m not talking about sequences or follow-ups yet — just the number of new leads to reach out to monthly.(For example, in Facebook Ads you need at least a $100/day budget to see results — so what’s the “starting point” here in terms of leads or sends?) 2️⃣ About sending limits:According to LeadGenJay’s recent video on Inboxing.com, you can get 49 Microsoft mailboxes for $30 on one domain.If I send 5 emails per mailbox per day, that’s 245 emails/day total.But I’ve also heard people say you shouldn’t send more than 40–50 emails per domain daily.So am I overthinking this, or is sending 245/day from one domain actually risky? Appreciate any insights from experienced cold emailers 🙏Just trying to start the right way and scale safely once I get results.
