🛁 Bathroom Remodeling Client Offer 💸
Hey, I just onboarded a client in the bathroom remodeling niche and am working on creating an irresistible client offer. Typical offers are free consultations and discounts but I would love to hear any additional ideas that you guys might have. Also the offers mentioned above seem pretty standard and honestly quiet resistible. Would be super grateful for any insights.🙌
Using Pinterest Pics in Ads 🖼️
Can I use Pinterest pictures in my ads as long as there are no faces, or could that still get me in trouble? Legally, I’m pretty sure this isn’t allowed, but the real question is, how much is it actually enforced? Is there a legitimate risk? I want my ads to blend naturally into the audience’s feed, but I’m running into limitations with stock images. People use other people's pictures all the time for regular posts, but I’m not sure if it’s different when it comes to paid ads. Appreciate any help!

How do ecom Agencies solve the service-delivery-repeatability-problem?
As an local lead gen agency you can just copy and paste all of your marketing material across clients which makes scaling easy and service delivery copy and pastable. How do ecom agencies solve this problem since they: 1. advertise different products with every client? 2. advertise to a global audience which makes copy and pasting impossible, even when in a niche where the product is similar across clients? (You don't want people to see the same ad used by multiple brands) To me it seems like you have to do a custom marketing strategy for each new client which makes scaling super difficult. How do you solve those problems in ecom?

🌐 Lead gen for clients in same global audience
What do you do in a case where your clients need lead gen, but on a national or even global level? For local lead generation (like for a gym), it's easy to replicate proven strategies across clients. But when your clients target the same broad audience (e.g., the entire USA) with similar offers and services, how do you balance scalability (so you’re not reinventing the wheel for each client) while addressing the challenge of overlapping audiences? The issue is that running the same ads to the same audience for multiple clients can lead to internal competition. At the same time, I need to be able to quickly replicate working systems to scale efficiently. This is a very open question but I appreciate any thoughts or ideas on how to tackle this!

What Med Spa service do we promote?💉💉
1️⃣What are the products that agencies usually run ads for in the medspa niche? Medspas offer a wide range of services (often 20+) and creating campaigns for every one of them would be insane, right? We only pick the best 3 or so Services and promote them, correct? 2️⃣Since these treatments often come with high price points (typically $1000+), what kind of results can I realistically promise to clients (appt/month or ROAS)? Thanks a lot for any help!!

@A.h Elevon Last month my client spent 30€/day on ads and I got 13 closed appts with a calculated total ROI of 6,5x. This includes follow up treatments tho that are scheduled for several months later.
