Hi everyone!! Thank you for welcoming me into this beautiful group. I’m a 63 year old who embraces life with a full heart no matter the situation. We only have one life to live and it’s important to make difference. My YouTube channel is called “Memories & Must Haves”. My channel focus is on lifestyle, wellness (I have an PhD in Naturopathic medicine) and exercise with some storytelling. Since I’ve had to do a keto reset, that’s been my focus. Oh, and we’re kind of homesteaders where we could live completely off grid 😊. I live in the middle of 50 acres just outside of New Orleans but was raised in Columbus, Ohio. I joined or rewatched the group videos and everyone shares so much information that I’ve enjoyed hearing. I look forward to talking with each of you.

Today I was going through the posts and I saw that I had missed a lot; both new posts and comments 😞 I am gutted about that. I went into my notifications to see what I had turned on - and have now fixed it so I can see everything. I was so touched to see so many new conversations and questions people had asked, and had answered by you (I was MIA!), our community, and I am so sorry I missed this boat. It's a big effort to decide to contribute, especially meaningfully, in a community, or on a video, or anywhere - because the ask is greater than the human capacity to give to everyone who would like us to contribute. I hope I don't get a strike for a swear-y cup. I am watching reruns of "24" (I never watched it 20 years ago or whenever it came out) but I heard the only reason they got an R13 rating is because the language is low level.... Thank you for being here 😍
