Framework Templates
I know we have the templates in Growthworks, but I've always liked the clean look and feel of @Aaron Fletcher 's templates the best. Does anyone have a template I could use in Canva maybe? Or know what tool Aaron uses to create his frameworks. Like the swimlanes ones and metric matrix ones.

Thank you for the suggestions. I just really like the way Aaron presents and feel I need to do the same to get concepts across for my customers!
Hot Steps
Hello Fellow Growthworkers, I wanted your opinion on what steps in my product roadmap feel like the "HOTTEST" and most attractive to you. I believe these are the roadmap and steps: 9, 8, 6, & maybe 5 based on my research. But what do you think? Here is the roadmap!

Just pinging this to bring it to the top of the activity to get some insight hopefully. @Penny Chohaili wouldn't mind getting your thoughts too.
Funnel Calculator Minimums - I can't afford $7k p/mo in Ad Spend!
Hi all! I checked out the really useful funnel calculator, but became concerned when I saw two things. 1) A product price-point that is on the high side ($7k), so I adjusted mine down to $5k 2) MUCH more concerning was the $7k monthly ad spend. I don't know about you guys but I can't afford anywhere near that in ad spend per month. So my question for the whole Fletcher Method system: What is the MINIMUM you can charge (I think I heard Aaron say $3k, but that feels low based on the calculator) and what is the MINIMUM you can spend on Ads for this whole thing to work? Obviously as money is made it can be reinvested in a larger ad spend until you hit $7k or more, but my question is for those of us who have limited budgets. So for those of us with limited ad budgets, what is a starting point? Level one? I know for example if you don't invest enough in your ad spend you won't get enough top-of-funnel prospects to filter down to sales, so just trying to figure out where the sweet spot is for those of us that can't spend $7k. My concern is I spend $3k to make $5k. Currently my clients are 100% referral or organic, so virtually all $5k is gross profit revenue. I get that my organic and referral traffic is not scaling like I need or want it to, so I need to actually have an outbound system. Hence my purchase of the Fletcher Method. Only now I am concerned I can't really make this work until I have a large ad budget.

It's typically recommended to at least have 1K in monthly ad spend, but honestly, do what you can AFFORD to do is probably the best approach. It is recommended based on the numbers to charge at least 3K. (For me, I'm charging 9K, 3K/mo basically, for 90 days of service.) Does this help?

⚠️Tips Naming the Roadmap Steps
Hi Guys Is it best to use names such as "Irresistable Offer" for the roadmap steps, or are unique names such as "Client Conversion Formula" better? I was thinking specifically for sales copy, in relation to FB Ads/Lead Magnet/Authority Amplifiers. On one hand people will instantly know what an "Irresistable Offer" is, although it may be overused and boring. Whereas "Client Conversion Formula" (just an example), while it is not familar, may be a little more intriguing. thanks guys Ben 👍

I definitely agree with making your names & steps specific to you and different.

@Jeanita Sykes Yes, I am using Growthworks Enterprise (and w/e else they come out with in the future) paired with GHL, and then just my typical frameworks I already had for SEO, PPC, and Content Management services.
