Your Offer Doesn’t Cost Too Much
You don’t have a pricing problem. You have a cost framing problem. One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned in sales lately is this: If you present a price without presenting the true cost, you might as well not present the price at all. For years I obsessed over my number. 👉🏽 Is it too high? 👉🏽 Will they think it’s worth it? 👉🏽 Should I lower it? But the number youI charge is never the real decision point. The real decision point is: what will it cost them if they don’t do it? If you don’t frame that, they will. They’ll compare your price to a vacation, a bill, or whatever else is top of mind. Because you didn’t set the frame, they’ll create their own. But the real cost isn’t a number. The real cost is: - Another year of stalled growth. - Another round of unfinished courses collecting dust. - Another cycle of missed opportunities. That’s the cost they’re really deciding on. And it’s your job to make that crystal clear every time you present your offer

My Facebook (Leads) Campaign... is this good/bad?
Does anyone know if this performance is good? It's early days, so I just want to know if I am heading in the right direction? My ads have been running for 14 days (Out of Learning Phase after 11 days) AD 1: Impressions: 2,639 Clicks: 106 Leads: 33 CPC $3.35 CTR 2.46 CPL: $10.77 (Click-to-lead Conversion rate of 31%) AD 2: Impressions: 184 Clicks: 8 Leads: 3 CPC: $3.51 CTR: 3.8 CPL: 9.35 (Click-to-lead Conversion rate of 37%) So far, I have 50 leads and 0 booked calls. This lead magnet/funnel is for one step of the roadmap... I switched the "whole roadmap" lead magnet off because it performed badly. But I am fairly sure that's my fault... Here is the landing page: https://startupandscale.com/sales-funnel/ the ads creatives are like an image of the first fold of the landing page. I created the funnel in Wordpress with some custom coding and it loads reasonably quickly.... and it's responsive... Also, by leads, I mean opt-ins. Or should I be counting leads as 'booked appointments'? I welcome any other comments or criticisms. As I made everything from scratch myself, I think I can remake some or all of it fairly quickly. Thanks guys Ben

@Darryl Krige Great question. I researched this and I found that the pop-up opt-in involves a micro commitment (clicking), which is a positive action that will improve opt-in rates. HOWEVER, I forget the source/authority for that info. What has been your experience in that area?

@Jon Young Identifying with the audiences' problem in the first sentence of the MDM is very effective.
New "Info-Commerce Business Model"? cOnFuSiOn...
I created my consulting with the original Fletcher Model (book a consulting call to show them the entire roadmap), then it changed to the $997 model... Now as I am (literally!) about to launch that... the "New "Info-Commerce Business Model" is the preferred method... The question: Should I start over again, or run with what I got? ($997 model)

@Catherine Ernst Dove Yes, I think I will have to record a few more before I am happy with it... but it is OK for now... Did you use the script exactly generated from within the GrowthWorks platform?
