I was introduced to Tai Chi by one of my Karate teachers when I was 14 and learnt Li style briefly. When I went to Kingston Maurward at 17, I studied with a teacher who taught Beijing 24, Sun style and Broad sword forms. Then at 19 I started with Geoff and Barbara at Poole Sports Center and studied with them for about 4 years. After that I just practiced on my own. I practiced a little bit with Stuart Beckett who happened to join my team where I worked at Brockenhurst College at 22. Then I moved to China and in the last 2 years started learning Chen style with a local teacher. Maybe Tai Chi was brought to me!
