Folks! keep in mind that anyone who has a diagnosis with an "Itis" in the name indicates INFLAMMATION. Bursitis , Arthritis and Tendonitis are all things joint inflamed - which are partially METABOLIC in nature meaning your body is metabolizing inflammatory elements from what you feed it and it affects your joints among other things. Some days when you feel particularly tired or sore and just Bleeeeeehhhh! think about what you had the day before !

Knee Massage and Warm Up
Wow...I realize that I have been totally neglecting knee love. Just being guided to spend time massaging my own knees was such a big part of this recommitment to supporting instead of ignoring the parts that need attention. Than you!!!

Im glad i did the warm up also. My knees feel creaky in the morning also but it might be my sugar intake for sure. i think sugar is the devil
