Day 5: Cardio & Strength | Moving Through January
Today is light, low-impact cardio and strength. Simple, dynamic movement to keep the body strong and energized. A snowy day is a great reminder not to let the weather decide for us. Move every day, stay consistent, and keep your body feeling strong and youthful.

Awesome. Job done. Cross Country Skiing workouts are always glorious. “The soul is stronger than its surroundings.” —William James Onto day 6 for more fun workout.
Day 4: Gentle Stretching | Moving Through January
Today is a light, gentle stretching session. Simple movements to build flexibility and balance and keep the body feeling open and youthful. Move slowly, connect to your breath, and let it feel easy. Keep showing up and moving in small, supportive ways.

Awesome. Job done. Excellent stretching session, that last part I used to have all of my students do at the end of the martial arts workout. Needless to say that they all wanted to beat me up😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣. “When danger is far off we may think of our weakness; when it is near we must not forget our strength.” —Winston Churchill Onto day 5 for more stretches and fun. How about them Patriots: from 4-13 to 14-3 in one year. In the words of Kevin Garnet, the big ticket, “Everything is possible”.
Day 3: Just Move | Moving Through January
Movement doesn’t have to be perfect, and it’s not always convenient. Some days it’s easy, some days it’s a challenge. Move anyway. This isn’t about exercise, it’s just movement for the sake of moving. Move for your mood. Move for your energy. Consistency wins every time. Notice how much better you feel when you show up, no matter what.

Awesome. Job done. I just love the snow workouts. There are freshness in the movements “realize there’s something incredibly honest about trees in winter, how they’re experts at letting things go.” — Jeffrey McDaniel Onto day 4 for another snowy workout.

@Drew Hopper You are too kind. Still worry about Team Canada’s goal tending and the omission of Sam Bennett for the Olympics. The forward line is still unbelievably loaded, and Makar is the best defenseman in the world.
Day 2: It's a Great Day for a Great Day | Moving Through January
Today is a light, full-body movement session. January 2 might not feel as exciting as January 1, but it’s just as important. Every day holds possibility when we choose to show up. Today also matters a little more because it’s @Colleen Hopper birthday 🎉. A good reminder to treat every day as something worth celebrating. Move gently, keep showing up, and let each day feel like a great day to move!

Awesome. Job done. The forest, snow and the workout, the only thing better is looking forward to the next workout. “Snow endures but for a season, and joy comes with the morning.” — Marcus Aurelius Onto day 3 for more fun workouts.
Day 1: Let’s Keep Showing Up | Moving Through January
Today isn’t about a fresh start or a big reset. It’s about continuing. Light, joyful movement to remind ourselves that every day holds opportunity. We show up to feel stronger, more balanced, and more at ease. One day at a time.

Awesome. Job done. Dawn of a new day and a great workout to put icing on the cake. I still worry about Loaded Team Canada’s goalie situation, and no Bedard and Sam Bennett. Also the young phenomen defenseman Shaefre from the NY Islanders. They are still an awesome team with so much talent and grit. Although I am a Boston Bruins fan, I like the addition of Habs’ Captain Suzuki. “I hope everyone that is reading this is having a really good day. And if you are not, just know that in every new minute that passes, you have an opportunity to change that.” ― Gillian Anderson Onto day 2 for another great winter workout.

Loving Drew’s workouts, and as an engineer who is 67 years young (and getting younger), it gives me a great pleasure to be part of this community.
