Day 11, Shape Your Environment
Today we take movement to the floor and look at our surroundings differently. Instead of trying to change everything, we shape our environment so it supports success. Even getting down to the floor once or twice can become an opportunity to build mobility, strength, and a new way of seeing what’s possible.

Awesome. Job done. It was a personally bitter (loss of my nephews a month ago) sweet (the elimination of evil in the land of my birth, Iran) day. I did the workout early on as I was concerned and following events about the conflict there. We are all hoping for the best.

@Deb Terranova Thank you Deb. They both were shot by Murderous regime’s goons and thugs in broad daylight along with 35,000 to 60,000 other courageous young men and women. Our Women are the brightest, highly educated, and most courageous in the world. They are the shining light of our Ancient Land of Aryans. At last we will take that damn spider out of our sacred flag, and put the Sun and lion with a sword in his hand.
Day 10, Explore What’s Possible
Today we move with curiosity and wonder. If you’re creating change during these 40 days and fear shows up, that’s normal. Instead of shrinking back, can you explore what’s possible? Notice what your body can do today, and let curiosity lead the way.

Awesome. Job done. It was 84 F (29 C) today in South Bay Area, and it was so refreshing to see the workout in snow. “It is better to learn wisdom late than to never learn it at all.” - Sir Arthur Conan Doyle
Day 9, Move with Curiosity and Play
Today we move with curiosity and a spirit of play. Let your movements be creative, light, and a little experimental. Sometimes real change begins when we loosen up, try something new, and allow ourselves to move with a sense of joy.

Awesome. Job done. Fun workout today. “Always do your best. What you plant now, you will harvest later.” —Og Mandino
Day 8, Are You Being Reckless with Your Time?
Today we work on balance, physically and mentally. As you move, ask yourself where your limited time is going. Are you spending it on what nourishes you, or what quietly depletes you? Forty days is an invitation to choose more wisely and move with intention.

Awesome. Job done. Love workout in snow. It always a reminder of my love of cross country skiing. I am probably the only person in North America to watch the Olympics Cross Country skiing, and envy and admire the Amazing Norwegian Champions of this wonderful sport (at least to me).😄😄😄😄 “You can be everything. You can be the infinite amount of things that people are.” —Kesha
Day 7, Rediscover Strength
Today we add a little resistance, light weights or whatever you have nearby. A reminder that renewal isn’t about becoming someone new, but rediscovering the strength that’s already within you. Move steadily, reconnect, and remember how capable you are.

Awesome. Job done. It’s always great using weights as resistance. “It does not matter how slowly you go, as long as you do not stop.” —Confucius

Loving Drew’s workouts, and as an engineer who is 67 years young (and getting younger), it gives me a great pleasure to be part of this community.
