I’d say it was maintaining both my diet and steps (ish) despite snow, travel, delayed return to school and back to work.

Walking is my main one. It’s a bit tricky just now as we’ve had a load of snow and it’s icy underfoot. Which doesn’t stop the puppy trying to drag me to the grassy bits. Also my son’s football and rugby are off. This is when I do most of my evening walks. Also want to get back into my weights workouts but feeling a bit anxious about them.
Yesterday was a strong day…
I love looking at the stats at the end of the day, I don’t track fibre last year but have started to this year. I did an intensive bodypump session, so fuelling wise this was good, on a less active day, I’d likely be aiming for 1600-1700 calories. How was your day yesterday? Did you track?

No tracking as m kids are still on holiday and we’re at my mums. Heading back home today (snow permitting) and will be back tracking from tomorrow.

We have a section in the community for Shared Kitchen, I encourage you to post your meals, and recipe ideas in there to help inspire folks. There are no foods that are off limits, i haven't avoided anything in the last year and a bit...but I refuse to eat foods I don't like...even if others say I should lol I love Brie 🧀 PS...Don't forget to post photos, recipes, links, ideas, shopping hauls...all food related things over in the Shared Kitchen area!!!
