Sleep is more important than you may think!
Quick question: How many hours did you sleep last night? A nationwide study found that sleep is a stronger predictor of how long you'll live than diet, exercise, or even loneliness. Getting fewer than 7 hours consistently was one of the biggest red flags for shorter life expectancy. And here's what I find really interesting—most sleep issues aren't about "just go to bed earlier." It's usually deeper stuff. Unresolved stress, nervous system stuck in overdrive, that hypervigilance that won't turn off even when you're exhausted. Anyone else dealing with this? What keeps you up at night?

Seven hours for me last night — and honestly, that’s my sweet spot.I’m actually pretty good at sleeping… but it’s not an accident. My whole life runs better when I’m saturated with pleasure, intimacy, connection, and actual presence. When my days feel nourishing instead of depleting, my nervous system doesn’t fight me at night. It softens. It trusts. It lets me drop all the way in. For me, good sleep isn’t about getting in bed earlier — it’s about living a life that doesn’t keep my body on high alert. Pleasure regulates me. Connection grounds me. Presence disarms the “stay awake and strategize” part of my brain. When those pieces are in place, sleep becomes effortless… almost decadent. Curious what everyone else notices: What makes your whole system exhale enough to actually rest?
🧚‍♀️The Version of You Who’s Been Running the Show
Ever feel like you’re reacting to life on autopilot… like someone else is steering? Here’s a tiny identity-awareness shift for today: Name the version of you who’s been running things lately. Is she “The Overloaded Organizer”? “The Don’t-Forget-Anything Detective”? “The I’ll-Do-It-Myself Queen”? Once she has a name, she becomes visible. And once she’s visible… you get to choose if she leads today. ✨ Who’s been running the show for you this week?

This week’s ringleader has 100% been “The Violently Delusional Visionary Who Refuses To Shrink.” She’s been stomping through my world in seven-figure energy… pausing only to glare at tech glitches and bots who think “pussy wisdom” is explicit instead of educational. She’s fierce, she’s focused, she’s building an empire —and she does not tolerate being slowed down by software having a tantrum. But she’s still running the show today… because honestly? She gets things DONE.
celebrate the little things🥰
Every time you complete anything today, even tiny things, celebrate for 3 seconds (clap, dance, wink at yourself). Comment how you celebrated 💃 (Reinforcing New Neurological Associations)

I’m here for this. I just finished answering a message and did a very serious, very dramatic hip shimmy in my kitchen. Three seconds was all it took to feel my whole energy lift. Wild how the body responds when you treat tiny wins like they actually matter.

@Felicia-Dana-Patricia Perde Highly recommend!
🫠You don’t need another “should.”
You don’t need another “should.” Your nervous system is already full. Every day you are told: ▪️ What you should eat ▪️ How you should parent ▪️ How you should show up ▪️ How you should heal ▪️ How you should grow And all of those “shoulds” quietly whisper the same message: “You’re not enough as you are.” No wonder you feel tired. No wonder you feel behind. No wonder your body is holding tension even when you rest. Here’s the truth no one says loudly enough: ✨ Your nervous system doesn’t need more instructions. It needs more safety. ✨ Because when you’re constantly trying to follow what everyone else says you should do, your body stays in subtle fight-or-flight: – Am I doing enough? – Am I doing it right? – Am I falling behind? But your life is not a checklist. It’s in seasons. And each season asks for something different. Sometimes this season asks for: Rest, not discipline. Softness, not pressure. Boundaries, not more effort. Support, not self-sufficiency. This is why connection always comes before correction. When you slow down and actually listen to yourself, something powerful happens: Your body starts answering: – What do I need today? – What feels supportive right now? – What can wait? – What actually matters in this season? And those answers don’t come from the outside. They rise from safety inside you. So today, instead of asking: “What should I do?” Try asking: 💭 “What would feel regulating, supportive, and true for me right now?” That one question alone can calm your nervous system more than a hundred productivity tips. You are not behind. You are just being invited into a new season of listening. 🌿

AMEN, sister!!!!
I felt derailed today by a simple thing...
Went to the store with a friend today—simple plan, one quick errand. Except it turned into TWO stores, and my body completely shut down with that "I need to go home RIGHT NOW" fatigue. If you've ever felt completely derailed by a small unexpected change, your nervous system isn't broken—it's just responding to loss of predictability as a threat. 🌿 Has anyone else had this happen to them?
