🙈How do you feel about failure?
If you’re feeling like you failed… pause for a moment and try this perspective. Imagine you want to turn the light on, but it doesn’t turn on. Is that a failure? Do you sit in the dark telling yourself, “I failed at turning on the light” or do you get curious? Maybe there’s no electricity. Maybe the lightbulb is burnt out. Maybe you pressed the wrong switch. None of these mean you failed. They just mean something in the system needs adjusting. Life works the same way. When something doesn’t work, it’s not a verdict about you. It's feedback. Information. A clue. So the real question isn’t “Why did I fail? ”but“ What needs attention so the light can come on?” Is it time to change the bulb? Check the power? Or try a different switch? Staying in the dark is optional. Taking the next step toward light is always available ✨ What’s one small adjustment you could make today?
@Christina Ryan so true! And so well said! When you look with love at something that needs our attention, the answers or the change happens so much easier❤️
@Jo Mac exactly 💯 💥 every situation is teaching us something, any situation has its 'negative sides' and 'positive side' like a magnet, depends which side we want to see.☀️
Curiosity and play 🤩
Motherhood can be challenging. Some days feel heavy, repetitive, or full of quiet worries we don’t even have words for. But what if play is not a distraction from the problem, but a doorway into a solution? When you open imagination with your child—through play, stories, silliness, curiosity—you soften the grip of stress. New perspectives appear. Answers surface in ways the thinking mind couldn’t access before. Play creates space. Space creates insight. And insight often brings ease.💛

🧚‍♀️The Version of You Who’s Been Running the Show
Ever feel like you’re reacting to life on autopilot… like someone else is steering? Here’s a tiny identity-awareness shift for today: Name the version of you who’s been running things lately. Is she “The Overloaded Organizer”? “The Don’t-Forget-Anything Detective”? “The I’ll-Do-It-Myself Queen”? Once she has a name, she becomes visible. And once she’s visible… you get to choose if she leads today. ✨ Who’s been running the show for you this week?

🌕 Closing One Chapter, Opening Another
A little year-end ritual for us, ladies 🌸✨ As we slide toward the edge of this year, there’s a soft pause happening… a moment where the old and the new shake hands. One version of you is wrapping up her story. Another is waiting just outside the door, barefoot and curious, wondering what you’ll invite her to create. Before we rush into “new year, new me” mode, I want to offer something grounding. Something that brings you back into your own orbit instead of everyone else’s expectations. 🔆 The Wheel of Life. It's simple, but it reveals so much. Think of it like a quiet conversation with yourself. A chance to look at the different areas of your life and notice where you feel nourished… and where you’re running on crumbs. Not from judgment. Not from pressure. Pure awareness. The first step on our Bloom & Shine Path. Here’s what I invite you to do this week: ✏️ Step 1 — Download or draw your Wheel of Life Split it into segments like:• Emotional wellbeing• Identity & self-connection• Family & relationships• Career & purpose• Fun & play• Physical health• Environment• Finances(Adjust however feels true for you.) 🌼 Step 2 — Give each area a score from 1–10 Not “how good am I doing?” But “how nourished do I feel here right now?” 🌱 Step 3 — Notice the story the wheel tells Where is there abundance? Where is there longing? What part of you has been whispering for attention? As you look at your scores, ask yourself one powerful question: “Does this area reflect my core values being honoured… or neglected?” Just awareness. Gentle, honest, powerful awareness. Your next chapter begins with knowing where you are standing today. Let’s walk into January with clarity, kindness, and a little sparkle in our pockets. ✨🌙

Sleep is more important than you may think!
Quick question: How many hours did you sleep last night? A nationwide study found that sleep is a stronger predictor of how long you'll live than diet, exercise, or even loneliness. Getting fewer than 7 hours consistently was one of the biggest red flags for shorter life expectancy. And here's what I find really interesting—most sleep issues aren't about "just go to bed earlier." It's usually deeper stuff. Unresolved stress, nervous system stuck in overdrive, that hypervigilance that won't turn off even when you're exhausted. Anyone else dealing with this? What keeps you up at night?
I feel like now that days are darker we are even more sleepy. I tried to wake up earlier like at 5:30 but then around 4pm I just want to pass out)) Then I realised I didn't track what time I go to bed. So yes if I have 8+ hours of sleep makes a difference. But if my son is waking up during the night then I need one more hour of sleep😄
