🎣 Just wrapping up a refreshing weekend at the lake and wanted to check in with this amazing community… How do YOU unwind and recharge? For us, it’s camping, disconnecting from tech, and spending time in the water. It’s our go-to for clearing the mental clutter and getting back to center. Here’s a thought: We all need time to reset — not just once in a while, but regularly. 🕐 1 hour each day 📆 1 full day each week 🛶 1 weekend each month 🌲 1 full week every 6 months That’s the minimum for sustainable energy, clarity, and health. I like to go camping as well. My dog and I like to hike on the trails in the woods or along the water. My favorite experience is being so deep in the woods that you can't hear anything else except your breathing.

I had blood tests done at the doctor's office and my kidneys are telling me they are dehydrated and my blood is low on sodium. More potato chips!! Ha-Ha I need to remember to drink electrolyte beverages.
