Where do you still doubt your intuition?
Hello beautiful people! Here’s a big topic > when to trust / know > feel > not doubt your intuition! You all have incredible abilities but are the times you still doubt what you feel intuitively? Where do you feel it’s more complicated to be a clear channel? I have to say it’s harder for myself when it comes to love and relationships i don’t have doubt about how this person is feeling but when it comes to what I feel or the future with a particular person I’m too emotional or in my head.. what I do to help > I look in the cards or .. I simply let go and let life show me. If I don’t know maybe I just don’t need to know… What about you?

One important thing I remember from Remember is to trust my intuition when it feels light and there are times when I just seem to know that my intuition is right. If I don’t get that feeling I tend to wait and sit with it hoping for a shift. Even though i’ve been incredibly busy all year, I consciously give myself small intuition opportunities as often as possible, even around day to day decisions that are not particularly important.
3 non-negotiable space-clearing habits
1. Open the windows. If the energy feels off, heavy, foggy, or tense: open a window. Just open it and let things move. Sometimes I’ll say something like:ā€œAnything that doesn’t belong here can leave.ā€ Sometimes I say nothing and both work. If you only do one thing for your space: let air circulate. 2. Clear one small area: not the whole house. Clutter isn’t bad energy, it’s unfinished energy. Your nervous system reads it as ā€œsomething is pending,ā€ and it creates tension without you realizing it. So instead of trying to do everything, I always choose one small zone: - my bedside - my desk - my bag - the kitchen counter One clear area is enough to shift the whole space. 3. Bring yourself back into your body This one changes everything. Before work, before sleep, or when you feel scattered: - one hand on your chest - one hand on your belly - three slow breaths And I say (out loud or in my head):ā€œI’m here. I’m in my body. This space is safe.ā€ Sometimes I press my feet into the floor or lightly stamp them: when you land in your body, the space settles too.
