3 non-negotiable space-clearing habits
1. Open the windows. If the energy feels off, heavy, foggy, or tense: open a window. Just open it and let things move. Sometimes I’ll say something like:“Anything that doesn’t belong here can leave.” Sometimes I say nothing and both work. If you only do one thing for your space: let air circulate. 2. Clear one small area: not the whole house. Clutter isn’t bad energy, it’s unfinished energy. Your nervous system reads it as “something is pending,” and it creates tension without you realizing it. So instead of trying to do everything, I always choose one small zone: - my bedside - my desk - my bag - the kitchen counter One clear area is enough to shift the whole space. 3. Bring yourself back into your body This one changes everything. Before work, before sleep, or when you feel scattered: - one hand on your chest - one hand on your belly - three slow breaths And I say (out loud or in my head):“I’m here. I’m in my body. This space is safe.” Sometimes I press my feet into the floor or lightly stamp them: when you land in your body, the space settles too.
Anchor energy in Space
I really want to say something about manifestation that might feel almost too simple, but it’s honestly one of the most powerful things I’ve seen over the years. We think manifestation is about mindset, visualisation, scripting, affirmations… and yes, of course, those things can help. But what I’ve noticed again and again, both in my own life and with clients, is that your space is constantly speaking on your behalf. Your environment is evidence. If you’re saying you’re ready for more stability, more money, more clarity, more love, more expansion… but your space feels chaotic, half-finished, full of things you’ve been meaning to fix “one day,” your nervous system doesn’t actually feel anchored. It feels in-between. And when we are in-between, we don’t receive, we hover. So here’s the grounded practice. Every single day, make one visible decision inside your space that reflects the version of you you are becoming. Not ten things. Not a huge transformation. Just one clear decision. Maybe it’s finally fixing that broken drawer instead of ignoring it again. Maybe it’s throwing away clothes that don’t represent who you are anymore. Maybe it’s clearing your desk completely because you’re calling in focus. Maybe it’s removing something that still holds old emotional energy from a past relationship. Maybe it’s preparing tomorrow’s space tonight because you’re stepping into discipline and structure. This isn’t aesthetic. This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about coherence. When your space feels decided, your body relaxes. When your body relaxes, your energy anchors. And when your energy anchors, manifestation becomes less about trying and more about allowing. Your space should quietly say, “She’s/He's stable. She’s/He's clear. She’/He's not negotiating with her/his future anymore.” And I promise you, these micro-decisions shift more than another vision board ever will. So today, instead of doing more inner work, just walk into one room and ask yourself: what would the next version of me not tolerate here?
Power of Salt: Clear your space and keep protection
To clear your space and maintain a protective energy. You need salt and small ceramics dishes. Put a bit of salt into those ceramics dishes, place them next to the entries of your home + one under your bed - under where you sleep. Keep these until the salt either becomes humid or change every 7 -10 days, if it's to keep a consistent energy and energies feel good at home, every 3 to 4 weeks. Every 7 days though for the one under your bed. And see the difference at home, see how people who might need an energy clearing come in your house, where do they enter, how do they feel inside etc...
