Branding shoot ideas?
When planning a branding shoot @Marissa Brennan how do you make it look so… CEO? I love your creative style turning it into professional CEO energy and I NEED that without it looking… tacky/cringe haha! What are some must have shots? What are some Pinterest searches I can look into? I don’t want it to feel like a copy and paste like every other bridal pro, or too stiff like im selling real estate šŸ˜… (no shade) Any tips help šŸ’— TIA

you're so kind!!!! TBH it's cause I hired someone to do it LOLLL I hired a branding expert who gave me direction with clothes, shot ideas even props and my photographer just led me with posing, props and all of that. it's all in who you hire! and my branding gal is the guest speaker inside Bridal Boss Academy's monthly live call she builds brands for hairstylists and she's THEEEE best of the best, Nicole Nixon. she'll be breaking down allll this branding, socials, shoots she's legit a genius if you want to come hang out and pick her brain <3333
Conversion rate question
What is the conversion rate we are going for? Honeybook did a highlights for the year and gave me some stats. Wondering if this is good or I need to do better. 108 leads 41 projects booked 38% conversion rate Is this an acceptable number?!?!?

No enquiries for 2027, one booking for 2nd half of 2026
Feeling a bit defeated... ive had no enquiries for 2026/27 wedding season (in nz) and only 6 booked in for 2025/26 wedding season my conversion rate is about 30% but im getting next to no enquiries... I post every day, post on my stories every day etc and am just seeing no traction. Please tell me its normal for this time of year? Ive seen other hmuas in the same area post that they have been inundated with requests for 2027. 🄲

There's likely something off with your messaging or how you're showing up with your content that just needs to be tweaked to start seeing the inquiries flowing in. This is exactly what I cover inside Bridalpreneur Socials, highly recommend to get you started there's even a 30 day content calendar that my clients are seeing inquiries with posting just a few IG stories!

Niche Statement Help
Ookkkaaay so here I go againšŸ¤¦šŸ¾ā€ā™€ļø I am finally sitting down and getting into these worksheets and one thing my brides always say is ā€œI wish I’d found you firstā€ many of my brides find me after failed first or second attempts with other artists and I’m not quite sure how to make a statement from that. I always get things like the above or ā€œthank you for understanding meā€ ā€œ thank you for hearing meā€ ā€œyou’re the only one that’s ever done makeup/hair the way I likeā€ and I’m not sure how to position myself from there

Okayyy this is a great start but you're right we can't really position you or have dialed in messaging with those I mean yesss they're amazing compliments that for sure screenshot and post them everywhere but when it comes to your niche statement it sounds like you need to talk to more brides and ask more in depth open ended questions. Questions like: When you've had your makeup/hair done in the past what didn't you like? What's your worst case scenario outcome so I can avoid it? What would be your best case scenario with your hair and makeup?
