Wow, what an exercise. What’s interesting is I’ve had a few days of being more conscious of these limiting beliefs creeping in and what’s triggering them. Through these exercises and preparation, I got neutral and self reflected like these exercises suggests. Then reframed my perspective as the 10.0 me. I used powerful declarations and even spoke it to myself in the mirror looking boldly into my own eyes. Powerful. It is the repetition, because for years prior I was in the repetition and habit of affirming all the things I don’t want. Rewiring the mind should be a mandatory subject taught in schools.
