A few reflections after my biggest month in business ever. ** Spoiler alert... I cry at the end.

Your job is to help them see a simpler path and help them decide if we're the right fit. That's it. We sell almost entirely by chat. No cold calling. No pressure tactics. No bro-sales energy. Our whole philosophy is that sales is service: listen deeply, care genuinely, and only invite people in when it's actually right for them. If that sounds like a breath of fresh air, keep reading. You're good at: - Building real rapport over DM and text (Instagram, Skool, email) - Asking great questions and listening more than you talk - Following up consistently without being annoying - Staying organized across a lot of open conversations - Taking coaching and applying it fast Extra awesome if... - You've sold coaching, consulting, or another high-ticket offer before - You've done any chat-based or DM sales - You're comfortable hopping on the occasional Zoom call when a lead wants one - You're a little bit woo and a little bit business (you'd fit right in) - You want to build a career here, not just a side gig What you'll do - Respond to inbound leads in our Skool community and Instagram DMs - Run chat conversations from "hey, saw your post" to "I'm in" - Follow up with warm leads and past conversations (this is where most of the money is) - Take sales calls when a lead prefers to talk it through live - Keep our CRM clean and pipelines updated - Join a short weekly sales huddle where we review conversations and sharpen your skills together

Have you built your AI agent? Have they run tasks for you? Pretty badass right... Then I hit this thought, and I don't know if anyone else experienced this... "I'm not really big enough, and doing a lot to really have an agent do things for me?" And then I realized that's an old belief that is keeping me stuck. What are you using your agents to do? I've thought about building workshops, content planners for socials, onboarding sequences for members, SOP's or playbook assets for clients... and again that old voice comes in and says, "but I can do all that quickly with regular Claude..." Is it just me?

Last weekend I disappeared. Into the wilderness, into a remote camping site on Mabel Lake in BC Canada, for Cousin Camp with the family. No Reception. No laptop. No phone or ability for "just one quick thing." No checking Skool sporadically through the day Just… into the wild. And here's the wild part that is kind of breaking my brain. While I was fishing with my kids, my phone was quietly filling up with sales. Jessica. $750. Maximus. $750. 38 new members into my $47 community and $4,600 in recurring revenue payments All in the 5 days while I was away and unplugged. I didn't send an email. I didn't hop on a call. I didn't "show up in my stories." I was on a pontoon boat putting worms on my daughters fishing rods. Now, I want to be honest with you. There was a version of me that could not have done this. That guy brought his laptop on vacation. That guy answered DMs at 10pm. That guy told his wife "five minutes" and meant forty-five. That guy was proud of how hard he worked. He also had no idea he'd built a cage and called it a business. But it’s not a business… If the money stops the second you stop. That’s a fancy job... with extra steps, more risk, and no one to cover your shift. If what you are after is lifestyle freedom then the whole point, the only point, is to build something that keeps working while you're living your actual life. And now we can do that with… - One Executive Assistant and Ai Employees - A simple offer Doc - Paid Ads - And a community system that runs without you. That's it. That's the game. 2 months ago I lost my IG 6 weeks ago I committed to learning YouTube Today I hit my first 1k Subscribers and had a YT video pop off …. I say “pop off” as a total newb - but 4K views and 168 new subscribers from 1 vid feels like I went viral relative to how it has been going lol. Anyways - I’m putting in the reps. Getting feedback.
