INTRODUCTION
Hello, everybody! I'm new to the group and just wanted to take a few moments to introduce myself. My name is pronounced (SA-RESE). I reside in the Jacksonville, area, I'm also new to the RE space. My short-term goal is to acquire multi-family properties to later purchase a single-family home. One of the wonderful things I have recently done is "COME TO THE END OF MYSELF!" Realizing that this isn't a journey that I want to do alone, that assistance/teaching from others is paramount in being successful in the real estate business. Looking forward to learning and acquiring my 1st multi-family property within the group.

Let’s be honest for a moment…
Most people in property right now won’t say it out loud, but they feel stuck. Not because there aren’t opportunities. Not because the market is impossible. But because they’re hesitating. Watching. Waiting. Overthinking. Meanwhile, others are still moving. still securing deals. still building. The difference isn’t luck it's decision. A made-up mind moves. An action-taker finds a way, regardless of the market. “Action makes more fortunes than caution.” So here’s the real question Are you genuinely moving forward or just preparing to move, what’s one action you know you should be taking right now, but haven’t? Say it plainly

@Kenny Faulk Love this perspective. Consistent time and effort really do separate those who make it from those who quit too early. I like connecting with people in this space and exchanging ideas as well. what are you currently focused on building or working on?

@Mark Machin Great question. I think tracking a few key activities helps a lot, things like outreach, conversations started, and follow-ups. Those usually lead to results over time, even if it doesn’t show immediately. I also try to focus on consistency week to week rather than just short-term wins. Would be great to hear from others as well, what metrics or habits do you track to measure your progress?
