Pesto Chicken Pizza Crust 🍕
Here’s a delicious, protein-rich dish that’s perfect for a cozy evening or for meal prep during the week! ✨ Ingredients: - 450 g ground chicken (minced) - 1 tsp organic garlic powder - 2 large eggs - 80 ml pesto (use an AIP-friendly or dairy-free version if needed) - ½ tsp Himalayan salt - 240 ml shredded mozzarella cheese - 120 ml grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese - Optional: fresh or dried basil or other herbs you enjoy 🥣 Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). 2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, garlic powder, eggs, pesto, salt and any optional herbs or spices. 3. Stir in the cheeses until everything is well mixed. 4. Spread the mixture evenly in a glas baking dish that’s lightly greased with ghee or organic lactose free real butter. 5. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the top is golden and the chicken is fully cooked through. Slice and enjoy, perfect for your healing journey!💜 PS. I’m making this today!😍🤭
