Question for my dought
Hi, this is my third day for my starter on day 2 nd I stir once and put it back in a warm place. This morning 3 rd day, I notice that the sourdought had fall and there is some milky liquid at the bottom. The dought smell good. Is it normal and should I feed the mixture with 60g of flour and 60g of water and put it back in warm place?. Thank you in advance Lise

My starter was made yesturday the 24 hrs is not done yet . I can't wait to see the when it will start growing. 😉

Well, I am a person who love to cook. I was always facinated to make sourdough but for me it"s seem complecated. Now I"m ready to try it.
